What is this site about??
History of this school:
Olympia Academy is a boarding school for kids who want to be sports players. This is a role-playing site where students who play basketball, baseball, hockey, and many other sports go to a boarding school. Olympia Academy is located in Olympia, Washington. It is about 5 square miles and has a large pond and a rather large courtyard. It is a nicely decorated Academy with hardwood floors, nice quality and colorful rugs, and pictures.
Kayla Yarnell and Joseph Banach founded Olympia academy and became headmaster and headmistress January 1st, 2007. Though this is a very new boarding school and this is Joseph and Kayla's first time being heads of a school, they are excited to put together a staff and meet many new kids who want to play sports.
Kayla and Joseph have been dating for many years and are engaged to get married.
All students attending Olympia Academy arrive at school August 31st, and leave for the summer June 1st. Students also have holiday vacations and spring break in which they can choose to go home, or stay at the Academy. Students attending this school start at age 11 and end at age 18.
Teams:
There are four different houses at Olympia Academy:
The team for the more outgoing, friendly people who just want to have a good time is the [glow=yellow,2,300]Endurium[/glow] team. The head of this team is Storm Ravensdale.
The team for the neat people who are up-beat and happy is the [glow=teal,2,300]Hybridium[/glow] team. The head of this team is yet to be decided.
The team for the cool and hip people who have a select group of friends but is nice to every one is the [glow=red,2,300]Powertia[/glow] house. The head of this house is David Fitzpatrick.
The team for the more refined and sudious people it the [glow=purple,2,300]Precisia [/glow]team. The head of this house is Ava Haywood.
The sports played here at Olympia are as follows:
All sports may be played by boys and girls.
The point of this academy is to figure out what sport you would like to pursue a career in. When you first come to this academy you must try every sport and take part in at least one practice before you can speak to a staff member and drop that sport.
(A work in progress, anyone can help me on names and such)
There are no dress codes; however students must not take advantage of it. Meaning no s l u t t y lingerie (you know what I mean). Girls may have tube tops (SARAH!!) if given permission from the ADMIN or ADNIM.
